DESIGNSCAPE UK LIMITED offers a uniquely flexible design and construction package tailored to suit your individual requirements, the package would be developed around our core service as outlined below. Prices for our complete design service can range upwards from £600.00, however each scheme is priced on the basis of an Initial Design Consultation meeting and relates to the size and location of the project. 1. Initial Consultation Meeting
This would involve a site visit, during which we will outline how DESIGNSCAPE UK LTD would fulfil your specific design requirements. It is a chance for you to look over our extensive portfolio of work, which includes a range of completed garden projects, and to discuss the options for your situation. This initial meeting is charged at a standard rate of £60.00 inc VAT.

2. Site Survey
Upon acceptance of the design commission and related terms and conditions, we would conduct a thorough survey of the garden in order to generate a scaled plan from which to develop the design. Usually undertaken for part of a day, the survey highlights boundaries and level changes, important services, orientation of buildings and other significant features on site. The survey also involves a complete assessment of existing vegetation in the garden, in order that plants can be saved as appropriate.

3. Design Consultation
The survey day is generally combined with a more comprehensive design consultation, during which any specific client requirements of an aesthetic and practical nature are addressed. At this stage a comprehensive design brief would be outlined and the budget parameters discussed.

4. Masterplan Presentation
All design work is personally presented by one of our design team, in the form of a detailed scale plan of the new scheme and a series of illustrations that will bring the garden to life. (From these drawings the garden is priced for construction and an estimate for the works presented. However there are a number of additional services that we include within the price to enhance the scheme further.)

5. Revisions
DESIGNSCAPE UK LTD includes unlimited design amendments following the presentation of a masterplan and supporting illustrations. There is the scope to manipulate areas of the design if required, or alternatively to generate a completely new scheme if the first proposal does not suit your requirements.

6. Construction
DESIGNSCAPE UK LIMITED will present an estimate for construction works based upon the drawings and photographs. DESIGNSCAPE UK LIMITED would maintain Project Management throughout the whole construction process to ensure a professional & attractive result. We have a dedicated team of professional landscapers, supported by a number of carefully selected contractors.
