Initial Meeting
During the initial design consultation, charged at a standard £60.00 inc VAT (refundable upon commision of design), we will outline the complete design service and begin to explore the potential of your garden and suggest construction budgets**.

DESIGN CONSULTATION WORKSHOPS
In 4 hourly blocks this garden design workshop in your own home will help develop a strategy for the garden. We will produce sketch proposals for the layout and a specific plant list for the site conditions - there is the opportunity to develop these ideas further and produce a complete design or cost the garden prior to construction.

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
CONSTRUCTION CONSULTATION & ITEMISED QUOTATION

PLANTING PLANS
We will produce a fully scaled plan of each planting bed that is in need of attention, including species and quantities.		 £180.00 +

Revive tired beds and borders or create a completely new planting bed with our help. We will supply and plant each of the areas with a mix of shrubs, perennials and grasses (No plans, just lots of plants)††

NEW GARDENS BY DESIGNSCAPE UK LIMITED (EXTENDED
WARRANTY PERIOD)
1. Four seasonal visits to check the garden and carry out light maintenance followed by a written report reviewing its progress, price includes replacement of any failing plants.
